Kacey was found tied up with a rope around her neck. She was emaciated and uncared for. Shortly after rescuing her, she became a playful, loving girl. She spent time both at Grace Animal Hospital and in a home boarding facility before finding her forever home. She is now happily running around her large backyard with her brother Max.
